HUMASFKIPINFO – Pekanbaru, November 27, 2025 — The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Riau organized a Socialization of Student Final Project Guidelines and 2025 Remuneration POK on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at The Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru.
This activity aimed to provide lecturers with comprehensive understanding regarding updates to student final project guidelines as well as the mechanism of the 2025 Remuneration Operational Activity Plan (POK). Through this socialization, lecturers across FKIP are expected to develop aligned perspectives in implementing academic regulations and managing remuneration transparently, effectively, and accountably.
The event was officially opened by the Dean of FKIP UNRI, Prof. Dr. Jimmi Copriady, M.Si, who emphasized the importance of consistent understanding among lecturers in the preparation and supervision of final projects. He also reaffirmed the faculty’s commitment to transparent and accurate POK Remuneration management as part of improving academic service quality.
During the session on final project guidelines, speakers presented updates on the structure of final project writing, supervision procedures, academic ethics standards, and requirements related to student scientific publications. Participants also received explanations regarding plagiarism checks, report formatting, and the mechanisms for seminars and final project examinations.
The following session focused on the 2025 Remuneration POK, covering component structure, performance indicators, and reporting procedures in accordance with university regulations. Lecturers were also given the opportunity to discuss and clarify challenges in remuneration implementation encountered in practice.
