HUMASFKIPINFO – Pekanbaru, December 3, 2025 — The Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Program (PGPAUD) of FKIP Universitas Riau, in collaboration with the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD) of UIN Suska Riau, held a Creativity and Arts Showcase accompanied by a cooperation signing ceremony on December 3, 2025, at the M. Diah Building, FKIP Universitas Riau. The event was part of the students’ final project, showcasing their learning outcomes in creativity and arts development for early childhood education.

The collaboration between PGPAUD FKIP UNRI and PIAUD UIN Suska Riau was strengthened through a formal agreement signed by both Heads of Study Programs. This partnership aims to expand academic collaboration in education, research, and student creativity development, ultimately enhancing learning quality and strengthening inter-university cooperation in preparing competent and creative early childhood educators.

On the same occasion, PGPAUD FKIP Universitas Riau also established a partnership with the Indonesian Early Childhood Teachers Association (IGTKI) of Riau Province, formalized through an MoU signed by Nartianis, M.Pd, the Chair of IGTKI Riau. This collaboration focuses on community service initiatives, including the handover of traditional play tools as an output of the “Play and Games” course. These tools serve as contributions to preserving local culture while supporting learning activities in early childhood institutions.

The showcase featured various student performances from both study programs, including dance, music, children’s drama, and educational media creations. These performances received positive appreciation from lecturers, students, and professional partners, demonstrating students’ creative abilities relevant to early childhood education.

Through this activity, PGPAUD FKIP UNRI, PIAUD UIN Suska Riau, and IGTKI Riau Province aim to continue strengthening collaboration to advance early childhood education through academic synergy, creative innovation, and sustainable community service.
