HUMASFKIPINFO – Pekanbaru, December 8, 2025 — The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Riau conducted a Coordination Meeting for the Evaluation of the 2025 Phase III Teacher Professional Education (PPG) Program for Selected Teachers on December 8–9, 2025, at Ayola First Point Pekanbaru. The event was officially opened by the Vice Dean II of FKIP UNRI, Dr. Mahmud Alpusari, M.Pd., representing the Dean of FKIP Universitas Riau.

In his remarks, Dr. Mahmud Alpusari emphasized the importance of comprehensive evaluation to maintain the quality of PPG implementation and ensure that graduates possess the professional competencies required by national education standards. He also expressed appreciation for the collaboration among course lecturers, field supervisors (DPL), mentor teachers, and administrative teams who contributed to the smooth implementation of Phase III PPG.

The coordination meeting aimed to review all stages of the PPG implementation process, including online learning, preparation of instructional materials, student performance assessment, practicum activities at partner schools, workshops, performance examinations, and knowledge assessments. Evaluation reports confirmed that most participants successfully completed the learning cycle. However, several areas for improvement were identified, such as delays in task submission, data synchronization issues, and the need for stronger coordination between DPL and mentor teachers.

In addition to reviewing achievements, the meeting also produced several strategic recommendations for future PPG implementation, including clearer assessment timelines, strengthened learning monitoring, and improved mentoring quality for students during instructional material development. FKIP UNRI reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining the quality of PPG implementation as part of its contribution to producing professional and competitive teachers.

The two-day meeting concluded with the development of follow-up actions and task distribution to ensure that the finalization of grades and PPG reports can be completed according to the national schedule.
