HUMASFKIPINFO – Pekanbaru, December 9, 2025 — The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Riau received a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) visit from the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) Team of Universitas Riau on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. The activity took place at FKIP UNRI and was attended by members of the faculty leadership.
Present at the event were the Dean of FKIP UNRI, Prof. Dr. Jimmi Copriady, M.Si, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Roza Linda, M.Si, Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Mahmud Alpusari, M.Pd, and Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Collaboration, Dr. Ria Novianti, M.Pd. The FKIP PPID Team was represented by Dr. Hendri Marhadi, M.Pd, while the Universitas Riau PPID Team was represented by Clara Yolandika, S.P., M.Si.
The session began with a presentation by the Dean regarding the achievements of the FKIP PPID throughout the year, including developments in information services, document digitalization initiatives, and strategic steps to enhance public transparency. He also conveyed the policy direction and follow-up actions of FKIP’s PPID for 2026 as part of the faculty’s commitment to improving information governance.
The activity continued with a discussion and Q&A session with the Universitas Riau PPID Team. This forum served as a collaborative evaluation platform to strengthen information governance at FKIP UNRI, ensuring that PPID services remain responsive, transparent, and aligned with accountable public service standards.
Through this monitoring and evaluation process, FKIP Universitas Riau reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing information transparency and strengthening synergy with Universitas Riau’s PPID in delivering professional and accountable public information services.
