HUMASFKIPUNRI INFO - Riau University's Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) is holding Competency Training and Certification for lecturers. This activity was carried out for six days, from 9 to 14 September 2024, at the 2nd Floor Meeting Room, FKIP, Riau University. This activity aims to increase lecturer competency and support the achievement of the FKIP Main Performance Index (IKU).

 

The training held in this activity is:

  • Young Multimedia Design Competency Training and Certification attended by 21 lecturers. This program focuses on developing skills in creating and compiling multimedia content relevant to modern learning.
  • Content Creator Competency Training and Certification with 24 participants. This training is designed to improve lecturers' abilities in creating creative and interesting digital content, in line with developments in technology and social media.
  • Excellent Service Personnel Competency Training and Certification attended by 24 lecturers. The focus of this training is on improving services to students and other stakeholders, in order to create a more professional and efficient academic environment.

 

After completing the training, participants will take a certification exam organized by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). The certificate obtained is expected to be a formal recognition of the skills and competence of lecturers, both on campus and in the wider educational arena.

 

This activity shows FKIP Riau University's commitment to improving the quality of teaching, supporting lecturer professionalism, and providing the best educational experience for students. With this certification, lecturers are expected to be able to make a greater contribution in developing technology-based curriculum and excellent service in the campus environment.
