The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at the University of Riau (UNRI) carried out a series of Management Skills Training (LKMM) activities for two days, namely on Thursday and Friday, 15 to 16 February 2024 at Dekotoz Villa Kampar, Kampar Regency. LKMM is a form of effort to develop students' attitudes, personality, knowledge and skills in supporting curricular activities in order to achieve national education goals. 

This LKMM FKIP UNRI activity was attended by the Dean of FKIP, Prof. Dr. Jimmi Copriady, M.Si., who on this occasion was represented by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation, Ria Novianti, S.Psi., M.Pd.. The activity was also attended by the resource team, Otang Kurniaman, M. Pd and Muryanti, S.Pd., M.Sc, Sub-Coordinator of FKIP Student Affairs, Titin Kartini, S.Pd., and team, along with students participating in LKMM FKIP UNRI.

 

The student participating in the LKMM activity is the institutional head of the FKIP student environment at the University of Riau. The series of LKMM activities are activities outbound followed by all participants. 

 

The activity continued with a presentation and discussion regarding Organization, Leadership and Code of Ethics by resource persons, namely Otang Kurniaman, M.Pd and Muryanti, S.Pd., M.Sc. One very important point is regarding leadership or leadership. The leadership factor that must be possessed is having self-confidence. gain trust and have responsibility. 

 

Participants take part in morning exercises and sports canoe as the closing of LKMM activities on the second day.
