HUMASFKIPUNRI INFO - Pekanbaru, September 8, 2025 — The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Riau (FKIP UNRI), held a talkshow with Bunda PAUD of Riau Province, Hj. Henny Sasmita Wahid, S.Sos., M.Si., along with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between FKIP UNRI and Bunda PAUD Riau. The event took place in the Pakning Integrated Classroom and was marked by a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere.
The event was attended by FKIP UNRI leadership: Dean Prof. Dr. Jimmi Copriady, M.Si.; Vice Dean I Prof. Dr. Roza Linda, M.Si.; Vice Dean II Dr. Mahmud Alpusari, M.Pd.; and Vice Dean III Dr. Ria Novianti, M.Psi. More than 100 students from the Early Childhood Teacher Education (PG-PAUD) Study Program also participated.
The program was officially opened by the Dean of FKIP UNRI, Prof. Dr. Jimmi Copriady, M.Si., who emphasized the importance of equitable access to education through the concept of “13 Years of Education, One PAUD per Village.” This initiative is envisioned as a concrete step to expand early childhood education services across Riau Province.
The talkshow, moderated by Vice Dean III Dr. Ria Novianti, M.Psi., was engaging and inspiring, offering students valuable insights into the crucial role of educators in shaping the nation’s golden generation.
The highlight of the event was the signing of the MoA between FKIP UNRI and Bunda PAUD Riau, symbolizing a joint commitment to strengthening collaboration in the development of early childhood education in the province.
Through this initiative, it is hoped that the synergy between the university and Bunda PAUD Riau will continue to grow, ensuring more effective efforts to improve the quality and equity of early childhood education in the region.
