HUMASFKIPUNRI INFO – Pekanbaru, November 2025 — The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Riau organized a Workshop on Strengthening Administrative Staff Performance through Archiving, Preparation of Employee Performance Targets (SKP), and Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) Reporting Toward an Integrity Zone. The workshop was held on Saturday–Sunday, November 8–9, 2025, at the Royal Asnof Hotel Ballroom, Pekanbaru.

The workshop aimed to enhance the capacity of administrative staff in managing archives, preparing SKPs, and compiling performance accountability reports in accordance with government standards. The event was officially opened by Dean of FKIP Universitas Riau, Prof. Dr. Jimmi Copriady, M.Si., and attended by administrative staff members from across FKIP Universitas Riau.

In the first session, participants received material on “Management of Dynamic Archives within FKIP” delivered by Maryadi, SE, MM (Junior Expert Archivist, Universitas Riau). This session emphasized the importance of an effective archiving system to support transparent and accountable faculty governance.

The following session featured Syahfiarni, S.IP, MH (Junior Expert Personnel Analyst, Universitas Riau) who presented “Preparation of Civil Servants’ SKP in Accordance with Ministerial Regulation PermenPANRB No. 6/2022.” She also led participants through discussions and hands-on practice in SKP drafting. Participants later presented their SKP drafts as part of the day’s evaluation activity.

This workshop reflects FKIP Universitas Riau’s commitment to realizing an integrity zone and improving the professionalism, transparency, and performance quality of its administrative staff in alignment with public service excellence.

In his closing remarks, Dean Prof. Dr. Jimmi Copriady, M.Si., expressed appreciation for the active participation of all attendees and emphasized that the workshop represents a concrete step in strengthening an accountable work culture within FKIP.

The first day concluded with a closing session, followed by the continuation of the second day’s agenda focusing on practical exercises and follow-up actions for performance documentation.
