HUMAS FKIP UNRI INFO - Pekanbaru, October 29, 2025 — The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Riau University (Universitas Riau) held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) and Follow-up Plan (RTL) for 2025 as part of the internal quality assurance cycle. This activity aimed to review the results of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) and formulate strategic steps for improving academic and institutional quality within the faculty and study programs.

The event commenced with welcoming remarks from the Chief Executive, Prof. Dr. Suarman, M.Pd., who emphasized the importance of the RTM and RTL as an evaluative momentum for all study programs. "Through this activity, we ensure that the quality audit results are truly followed up to enhance the academic quality and governance of the faculty," he stated.

In his address, the Dean of FKIP Riau University, Prof. Dr. Jimmi Copriady, M.Si., expressed his appreciation to the quality assurance team and all study programs for their hard work in implementing the 2025 AMI. He stressed that the results of the RTM and RTL would form the basis for the faculty's strategic decision-making in improving the quality of education.

The evaluation session continued with presentations on the AMI and RTL results by Dr. Muhammad Fendrik, M.Pd. (S1 PGSD Study Program) and Dr. Fitra Suzanti, M.Si. (S2 Biology Education Study Program). Both presented the evaluation results and follow-up plans from their respective study programs, focusing on improving academic performance and strengthening quality governance.

Next, Zetra Hainul Putra, Ph.D. and M. Imam Rahmatullah, M.Pd. presented a recapitulation of the AMI and RTL results at the faculty level. This presentation served as the foundation for Prof. Dr. Jimmi Copriady, M.Si. in formulating the policy direction and comprehensive follow-up plan for FKIP Riau University.

In the afternoon session, participants attended a presentation on the LAMDIK 2.0 Instrument delivered by Dr. Zulfarina, M.Si. This material provided important updates regarding the accreditation instrument of the Independent Accreditation Institution for Education (LAMDIK) and strategies for its implementation within FKIP.

The activity concluded with a discussion session that produced a number of strategic recommendations for improving academic and institutional quality. Through the implementation of the RTM and RTL 2025, FKIP Riau University reaffirms its commitment to continuously strengthen an adaptive, participatory, and sustainable quality assurance system for the future improvement of teacher education quality.
