HUMASFKIPUNRI INFO - Pekanbaru, August 30, 2025 — The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Riau (FKIP UNRI), held the Latihan Kepemimpinan dan Manajemen Mahasiswa (Student Leadership and Management Training) or LKMM 2, attended by student leaders and organizational boards from across FKIP UNRI.
The training aimed to develop and enhance students’ leadership and management abilities to ensure effective organizational governance. The event was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, Dr. Ria Novianti, S.Psi., M.Pd., who encouraged participants to build mutual understanding and effective communication among peers.
Various interactive activities and team-based games were also designed to foster teamwork, problem-solving, and goal achievement skills. These exercises provided students with practical experience in collaboration and strategic thinking.
This program is expected to equip participants with the necessary skills to manage student organizations more effectively and to contribute positively to the academic community of FKIP UNRI.
